Cross-border aircraft transactions; transnational business transactions. As an attorney he represents clients worldwide in domestic and international transactions involving sales, leasing and financing of business, commercial and cargo aircraft. His clients include foreign governments, domestic and foreign corporations, aircraft brokers and high-net worth individuals. David has extensive experience in representing clients in purchase and sale transactions of commercial aircraft. His broad range of experience includes interfacing with the U.S. Department of State in obtaining export licenses for the export of aircraft and equipment on the U.S. Munitions List pursuant to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
